How Do I Get Started?
We want to make sure that we’re a good fit for you, and vice versa !
Our process is simple: Call or text us at 520-403-9384 or email us at [email protected]. You’ll be contacted within 24 hours. On the call, we will outline how the program you signed up for works. Discuss your health and medical history, current eating habits and preferences, exercising routine, overall lifestyle and personal goals. We will then be able to equip you with the knowledge and tools you need to succeed and reach your goal to have a healthier lifestyle.
If you decide to proceed with the nutrition, we will put together a customized macronutrient numbers and targets. We will follow-up three times a week with texts, or phone calls, that are focused on accountability, which includes nutrition, exercising education, addressing your challenges or problem areas, answering food and exercise questions that may arise, and help you stay motivated and inspired. If you proceed with the fitness training and/or sports conditioning, we will find a time that works with your schedule and proceed with the agreed amount of sessions during the registration.
